Handling Time
At DWP Industrial Sales, we pride ourselves on fast and efficient handling of all orders. Our standard handling time is same day to one day, ensuring that your purchases are quickly on their way.
Parcel Shipping
- Same Day Shipping: Orders paid before 2:00 PM Central Time from Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM: These orders will be processed the next business day.
Freight Shipping
- Same Day Shipping: Freight orders paid before 10:30 AM Central Time from Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:30 AM: These orders will be processed the next business day.

Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Defective Items: Returns for defective items are free of charge. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
- Non-Defective Items: If you wish to return a non-defective item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
